CleanSlate AI provides an AI-powered operations management service for commercial cleaning companies, including automated SMS communications, shift scheduling, crew coordination, and prospect management.

User Responsibilities

• •Maintain valid Twilio compliance for business communications.
• •Obtain appropriate consent from crew members before adding them to the platform.
• •Review AI-generated communications and actions periodically.

SMS Terms

By using CleanSlate AI, the business authorizes the platform to send SMS messages to crew members, prospects, and clients on behalf of the business. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

AI Disclaimer

Communications sent by CleanSlate AI are generated by artificial intelligence on behalf of the business. While the AI is designed to be accurate and helpful, the business owner remains responsible for reviewing AI actions and communications. CleanSlate AI logs AI decisions for transparency.

Limitation of Liability

CleanSlate AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed shifts, miscommunications, or business losses resulting from AI decisions. Business owners should monitor the AI action log and set escalation preferences appropriately.

Data Ownership

The business owns its data. CleanSlate AI processes data on behalf of each business and does not claim ownership of business data, conversations, or operational records.

Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, the business may request an export of all data. Data is deleted within 30 days of termination unless export is requested.
