• •We do not share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• •Service provider access is limited to Twilio (SMS delivery) and Anthropic (AI processing).

SMS Consent and Opt-Out

Crew members and prospects consent to SMS communications when their employer adds them to the platform, or when they initiate contact by texting the business number.

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We also honor UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT immediately.

Message Frequency and Carrier Fees

Message frequency varies based on operational needs, including shift confirmations, schedule changes, and reminders. Message and data rates may apply.

Data Retention

Conversation data is retained for 12 months and then archived. Business owners may request data export or deletion at any time.
