What Data We Collect

  • Business information, including company name and contact details.
  • Crew member phone numbers and preferred language.
  • Conversation content, including SMS messages and replies.
  • Shift and scheduling data used to coordinate cleaning operations.
  • Prospect inquiry details from inbound texts and follow-ups.

How We Use Data

  • To provide AI operations services, including scheduling, communications, and shift management.
  • To send SMS messages on behalf of each business.
  • To monitor, maintain, and improve service quality.

How We Protect Data

  • Data is encrypted at rest through Supabase-managed infrastructure.
  • Row-level security is used to enforce tenant isolation between businesses.
  • We do not share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Service provider access is limited to Twilio (SMS delivery) and Anthropic (AI processing).

SMS Consent and Opt-Out

Crew members and prospects consent to SMS communications when their employer adds them to the platform, or when they initiate contact by texting the business number.

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We also honor UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT immediately.

Message Frequency and Carrier Fees

Message frequency varies based on operational needs, including shift confirmations, schedule changes, and reminders. Message and data rates may apply.

Data Retention

Conversation data is retained for 12 months and then archived. Business owners may request data export or deletion at any time.
